Band Beat has been changed to a competition at Pisgah due to a new district rule on out of state travel. Here are the tentative details from Mr. Shoemaker:

Please note, we may need to alter our schedule slightly depending on if we need to use bathrooms during the drive. 

WEAR GRAY LORD OF THE FLIES SHOW SHIRT

11:00 - Arrive at West, pit starts warm up

11:10 - Visual Warm up

11:30 - Wind/Drumline Warm up, Pit load

12:00 - Lord Trailer and Busses, All Wind instruments on bus. 

12:35 - Depart for Pisgah High School, approx 3 1/2 Hour Drive

4:05 - Arrive at Pisgah, Deliver Props/Ship

4:50 - Dress

5:50 - Warm Up

6:30 - Leave Warm Up

6:40 - Stage at gate

6:45 - Perform 

7:00 - Parents Roll pit/props to trailer, students stack instruments and find watch the last 2 bands from rear bleacher or other adjacent space. Drumline and pit may need to roll equipment back to the trailer then return to watch. 

8:15 - Leadership Line up

8:30 - Awards

12:30 AM - Return to West
