3:15pm - Arrive at West, change into fulls, warm-up

4pm - Load busses and depart

4:30pm - Arrive and line-up

5pm - Parade Start Time

6:30-7pm - Estimated Return to West

Make sure you are getting your dress code attire, as your student/you will not be allowed to participate when out of concert dress code. 

All students are required to wear specific concert attire to perform at a West Forsyth Concert or performance. Students are required to wear either of these options: 

1. A long black dress, with black dress shoes, preferably flats. Leggings or hose underneath the dress is encouraged.

2. A white button up shirt with a white undershirt, black pants, black socks and black shoes.  A black suit coat or tuxedo may be worn. 

Failure to adhere to this dress policy will result in the student not being allowed to perform with the band and the consequences that come with that.  The band has limited amounts of concert attire available to the students upon request.

5:00- Dinner at Concord Mills Mall (Same as when we went to Mallard Creek) 
5:45-Back on the highway
6:15- Arrive at Hough
7:00- Game starts
10:00-Estimated time of game end
11:45- Estimated return to West

No West band student is allowed to visit any shops beyond the food offerings in the food court. The mall has a youth escort policy and we can and will be kicked out and barred from the mall. 

Please make sure your student brings money for a fast food dinner along the way.
We will NOT wear uniforms for this away game. Please wear PROFESSIONAL warm attire.

1:30- Load buses/trailers

2:00 -Leave for Northwest Guilford 

2:45- Arrive, unload, stack horns

3:40- Change 

4:25- Warm Up 

4:55- Move to gate

5:15- Perform

5:30- Return to busses, load, all change. 

8:30- Leadership and seniors return to the bus to change/learn salute

9:00 Awards

10:30- Estimated return to West

11:00- Colorguard Arrive at West

11:30- Percussion arrive 

12:00 Winds Arrive at West and warm up

12:30- Load Trailer

1:00 Depart for East Lincoln

2:30- Arrive at East Lincoln, Parents unload trailer, students head to stadium, ship to staging area by stadium 

2:50-4:45- Watch Class 2A Bands, eat concession dinner

We will report back to the trailers after the last 2A band, Hough(Huff) 

5:00- Report back to the trailer, get uniforms

5:10 Change

5:50- Warm Up

6:35- Leave warm up

6:45 Band at the gate

6:50- Perform

7:00- Report back to trailer, change

8:10-Back to the stadium to watch other bands/awards

10:15 Depart East Lincoln

11:45- Return to West.
