26/27 Marching Band Dues
All payments are non-refundable.
Checks made payable to “West Forsyth Band Fans” can be given to Mr. Shoemaker at school or mailed to him at West Forsyth High School, 1735 Lewisville-Clemmons Rd., Clemmons, NC 27012.

Extended payment plans are available as needed upon request. Limited scholarships are available on an as needed, first come first serve basis.
Dues Payment Schedule:
PAYMENT 1 Due Monday, June 1st:
$100 (cash or check)
PAYMENT 2 Due at Everything Evening on July 17th:
$150 (cash or check)
COLOR GUARD PAYMENT due August 1st:
$100 (cash or check)
PAYMENT 3 Due Friday, October 9th:
$150 (cash or check)
PAY IN FULL OPTION BAND:
$400 (cash or check)
PAY IN FULL OPTION COLOR GUARD:
$500 (cash or check)

Student Forms
Each band season requires a new form with original signature. Please print, sign and return these forms to Mr. Shoemaker. Please note: the “Media Opt-Out” form is only required if you want your student excluded from band pictures shared here on our website and on the Band Fans social media pages.
