10:00 - Arrive at West

10:15 - Visual Warm Up, pit warm up, then load when warm. 

10:45 - Music Warm up

11:00 - Load trailer and buses

11:25 - Leave for Northwest Guilford

12:00 - Arrive, go watch bands. Parents unload trailer.

3:45 - Head to trailer/bus WITH EVERYTHING FROM THE STANDS, this should be right after Southeast Guilford. Make sure you have eaten by this point!

4:00 - Meet at the trailer, grab uniforms, move to change location, parents move props/drum major podium to the gate

4:25 - Dress

4:40 - Head back to trailer, grab instruments.

4:55 - Travel to warm up. Pit warms up at trailer

5:45 - Travel to gate

5:55 - Staged at gate

6:00 - Perform

6:15 - Roll back to the trailer

6:30 - Everyone but leadership and seniors change

7:00 - Walk back to stadium, find a spot on the grassy hill. 

8:00 - Awards

10:00 - Estimated arrival back at West.
