Please note, once we get off the buses at Ledford the buses are stored off site, so you will need EVERYTHING for your show as you get off the bus. 

I have attached the schedule as a pdf and will be below as well.  Please note, if you are late, we WILL leave you and it will be the student and parent's responsibility to get to the competition in time. 

Parents, do be advised that there is ticketed admission to the competition and that Davidson County will enforce a clear bag policy in the stands. Students, the clear bag policy applies to us as well after we perform and enter the stands. 

9/26 Ledford Competition Schedule LINKED HERE

Students need to arrive having eaten breakfast and will need money for a concession stand dinner.  We will be giving out snacks on the bus that must stay on the bus! 

Wind and percussion students MUST wear their green West Bands shirt and long black socks! 

No PJ pants allowed in the stands OR under uniforms. 

11:45 - Arrive at West, stretch 

12:00 - Winds and Drumline visual warm up, Pit rolls to trailer and begins warm up

12:15 - Winds and Drums move inside for music warm up

12:30 - Pit finishes warm up, Loads trailer

1:00 - Everyone else loads into busses/trailer

1:20 - Depart for Ledford High School, snack on the bus. 

2:00 - Arrive at Ledford, Unload and deliver props to the staging area. Guard may change now

2:54 - Move to dressing area, Winds/Percussion Change into fulls.

3:30 - Move to Warm Up

3:33 - Warm Up

4:07 - Move to gate, grab props from storage area

4:14 - At gate

4:24 - Perform

4:45 - Move back to trailer, load 

6:00 - Watch bands from away side, students are allowed to go get dinner from concessions at this time.

7:30 - Leadership quick change into uniforms

7:45 - Awards

9:30 - Estimated return to West
