5:15- Call time/return to the band room at West

5:20- 6:30 Warm up/prepare for the home football game

6:40-Walk to the field, set up equipment in the stands

7:12- Estimated National Anthem/pregame

7:30 Game starts

8:30 Estimated halftime performance! 

10:00 Estimated game end, return to band room, student dismissal.
