Ledford Band Competition: Please note this is an all day event and call times will be updated via Remind. Return times to West will also be updated via Remind.

Students need to arrive having eaten lunch and will need money for a concession stand dinner.  We will be giving snacks on the bus that must stay on the bus! 

Wind and percussion students MUST wear their green West Bands shirt and long black socks! 

No PJ pants allowed in the stands OR under uniforms. 

2:30-  Arrival at West Forsyth 

2:45-3:30- Warm up

3:30-3:45- Load the trailer and buses. 

4:15- Arrive at Ledford High School 

140 Jesse Green Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360, 40 min by bus, 29 by car. 

4:15- Arrive, winds and percussion unload trailer, parents take ship to prop staging area by the field. 

5:00-5:30- Change into uniforms

5:35- Move to warm up

5:44- Warm Up

6:10- Move to gate

6:34- Into the Tempest

7:00- Non-Leadership changes, Winds and Percussion load the trailer. 

7:30- Return to stadium (Away Side) to watch last two bands

8:15- Awards

9:00- Depart

9:45- Return to West, unload trailer, depart.
