Please note this is an all day event and call times will be updated via Remind. Return times to West will also be updated via Remind.

Students will eat 1st lunch at West before we leave, and students will get a concession stand dinner at Jamboree.  Please send your student with money for concessions or send them with a bag lunch/dinner. 

Please be advised that jamboree costs $7 a ticket. 

Parents are NOT allowed to pick up their student from Jamboree. They must ride back to West with their parents (minus 8th grade students) 

8th Grade students, you will need to meet the band at Deaton Thompson stadium after your school day ends.  You will NOT be excused from classes that day.  If you can not make it, please let me know! 

Band Jamboree Schedule

10:24- Report to the band room at class change to 2nd period, begin warm ups

11:30- Load the trailer

12:00-12:30- Students eat during 1st Lunch

12:45- Depart for Jamboree

1:15- Arrive at Deaton Thompson Stadium, unload

2:15   HS Mass Band Rehearsal 

3:15  Rehearsal Ends

3:30-4:30- Snack/change in band trailer/bathrooms

Students should use this time for concession stand dinner

5:00  Opening Ceremonies (brass ensemble)

5:15  W-S Prep

5:30     East Forsyth

5:45 Walkertown  

6:00  Reynolds

6:15 Carver 

Move to warm up after Carver performs. 

6:30 Mt. Tabor

6:45 Glenn  

7:00 North Forsyth

7:15 West Forsyth

7:30 Reagan

7:45 Atkins

8:00 Parkland   

8:15  All bands march to the field

8:30 Mass Band performs September

8:45- Load trailer and leave for West

9:15- Arrive at West, unload
