VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
FRIDAY & SATURDAY

We have zero chaperones signed up this week for both events, and due to the change in competition venue, we also need some additional pit volunteers for the competition on Saturday.

Please see the schedule for each event linked below, and sign up if you are able. We are still sitting at 23% participation, with the same group of volunteers carrying the load.

A huge THANK YOU to the families who have shared sponsorship details with businesses and family, and/or personally donated. The sound equipment has continued to pose a challenge, but we know that we will slowly chip away at our goal and really appreciate the support!

Look for the opportunity to support the Titan Bands through purchasing band merchandise coming your way later this week. We will also be launching SNAP Raise soon, and you can continue to share sponsorship opportunities with family and friends — all linked below.

Checks can be sent with your student to Mr. Shoemaker and should be made payable to West Forsyth Band Fans.

PAYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective August 1st, the Band Fans Venmo account will be closed. Please use the credit card links above, or pay by cash or check.

Congrats on a SUCCESSFUL first competition, Marching Titans! Keep the focus and march on to the next.
