Band Fans Monthly Meeting

Wednesday, October 7th at 6pm

Please join us in the band room for our monthly Band Fans Meeting tomorrow night. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Key topics on the agenda include logistics for Middle School Night (October 9th), setup and coordination for the Dewey's Holiday Store, Senior Night planning (October 23rd), Halloween treat bags, and organizing a sub-committee for the Winter Concert Basket Raffle.

Speaking of Middle School Night — We are expecting a large turnout and could use more volunteers to ensure a safe and successful evening for all. Please sign up if you are able to help.

Pizza dinner will be served. We would like the band students to enjoy dinner with the Middle School students. Let’s show them that West is Best!

SPONSORSHIP & FUNDRAISING UPDATE

SNAP Raise is live! Our goal this year is $8,000. This campaign runs for a month and total impact will be added to our sound system fundraising goal at the conclusion of this initiative. Ask your band student for their personal link to share with friends and family!

You have one more day to shop band merch before we close the store on Wednesday, 10/7 to fulfill orders for Friday pick-up (before the home game between 5 - 6pm) — details linked here.
